Cupcake Rhapsody Terms and Conditions

1. Order Placement:

  • Orders can be placed through our website, in person, or via phone. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful order placement.

2. Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of order placement. Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation must be made within 7 days of your order's due date to avoid the loss of your deposit and are subject to availability. Deposits on canceled orders can be applied to a future order within one year of the original payment date.

4. Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders may be subject to additional charges. Details and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

6. Pickup and Delivery:

  • Customers are responsible for timely pickup of their orders at the agreed-upon location and time. The pick up location is in Brandywine, MD unless agreed upon by both parties, and instructions will be provided when your order is confirmed. If you pick up outside of the allotted time with no communication, there will be a $25 late fee to be processed before pick up. If you are not heard from within 24 hours, the cake will be discarded and you will forfeit your payment.

7. Quality and Satisfaction:

  • We take pride in providing high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.

8. Changes to Orders:

  • Any changes to orders must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date and are subject to approval.

9. Liability:

  • Cupcake Rhapsody is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the consumption or use of our products.

10. Copyright:

  • All images, designs, and content on our website and social media are the property of Cupcake Rhapsody and may not be used without permission.

11. Modifications:

  • Cupcake Rhapsody reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
